Construction Management

The BCL Team will facilitate the process from site selection to handing over the keys at final completion which gives clients peace of mind.

Pre-Construction

Constructibility reviews, preliminary design, site planning, site layout, buildable square footage and code, OCP, zoning compliance are some of the pre-construction services that we offer to ensure there are few to no delays when construction begins.

Design + Build

This approach takes much of the burden off project owners, allowing them to focus on “running their business” rather than coordinating between the designer and builder.
Bartek Construction is a highly experienced full-service Design/Build contractor. We work closely with our in-house designers and/or architectural engineering firms from the very beginning of the project, creating a “team” effort and enabling a seamless design and construction process.
Over 80% of BCL’s portfolio are Design/Build projects. From site selection to zoning approval, design development to construction, BCL’s Team will be your in-house representative for all project needs.
