When tasked with constructing a building on a challenging plot of land, our team faced a unique set of obstacles. The land was irregularly shaped, with a portion that was not buildable due to a SRW that required careful consideration during the design phase. Rather than viewing these constraints as limitations, we saw them as opportunities to showcase our creativity and problem-solving skills.

Through meticulous planning and close collaboration with the designer, we developed a design that seamlessly integrated the building into the existing landscape and provides great parking and traffic control plan around all loading bays. By strategically positioning the structure and optimizing the floor plan, we were able to maximize the available space while ensuring the building's functionality and aesthetic appeal.
